enable jupyter keyboard shortcut

Hi, I am new to Jupyter and here's a question on the keyboard shortcut. How can I enable the Jupyter's keyboard shortcuts? I am running Jupyter in a Ubuntu 64 machine in Chrome. The Jupyter's keyboard shortcuts seem not enabled, and the shortcuts are still the operating system's shortcuts. E.g. 'ctrl + o' is to open a file but not to toggle the output. Please give me some clue to enable the Jupyter's shortcuts. Thanks a lot!

Where did you find the list of keyboard shortcuts ? Ctrl-O is not the
default to toggle output shortcut, the default shortcut to toggle
output is `o`, just `o` without any other keys.
