Jupyter NB not opening ipynb files

Hi,

I downloaded Anaconda 3 from "www.continuum.io".

I also downloaded a zipped file and unzipped it to a different folder.

When I go to terminal and open "Jupyter notebook"

I don't see the unzipped files.

Can someone please help?

I am using a MacBook Air with macOS Sierra.

Hi Jagjit,

The folder where you unzipped to has to be under the directory from where you launched the notebook, is that the case?

e.g. if you started jupyter from your home directory, but you unzipped under /tmp then the files won't be visible.
