Using server user credentials for login.

I'm almost certain that I have in the past run Jupyter Notebook on a server where users logged in with their server credentials.

I can't remember how I set that up (I really don't think I did anything special at all), and I can't find any documentation.

I'm sure it's just a quick edit of my `jupyter_notebook_config.py` file.
