Jupyter notebook Not showing files

Hi Guys,

I have completed the installation and environment setup for Python/Jupyter. I am able to run Jupyter but Jupyter is not detecting the contents of folders which have ipynb files . It says"notebook list is empty" but i have files in there. Pls help me resolve this
