Reminder: Triage on Tuesdays at 09:00 PDT

Hey all,

As a reminder, starting this past week, weekly issue triage now takes place on Tuesdays at 09:00 PDT (16:00 UTC). We take a look at new issues in JupyterLab, Jupyter Notebook, and JupyterLab Desktop, time permitting, so that we can either accept, ask for info, or close them.
