Folder not showing in Jupyter - accidently clicked don't allow

Dear Members,

I have just started to use Jupyter and was trying to access a Python file from Jupyter, that was saved on my laptop. Jupyter asked me whether I want to allow it to access the documents folder, and I accidently clicked on don't allow. Now, I can see other folders but not the documents folder, which means I can't open my python file in Jupyter. 

Can you please advise how I can either revert the setting or in any other way, see the documents folder again?
