Hi,
We've just released ipywidgets 7.0 release candidate 0. We invite people to test it by installing it with:
pip install ipywidgets --pre
Then enable the nbextension:
jupyter nbextension enable --py --sys-prefix widgetsnbextension
The changelog is at

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Do you mean fixing
https://github.com/jupyter-widgets/ipywidgets/issues/1628
, so that any CDN requests from the embedding functionality have SRI? That's slated for post-7.0.
