I'm using Jupyter 4.0.6 in Chrome, and whereas previously Cntl-Enter would execute the current cell, regardless of mode, now it does nothing. Shift-Enter and Alt-Enter still work as expected.

Also, the Keyboard Shortcut help menu looks strange:
Ctrl-B: == no help ==
Ctrl-Cmd-S: Show search dialog
Shift-Enter: == no help ==
Ctrl-Enter: == no help ==
Enter: enter edit mode
Alt-Enter: run cell, insert below

Did I miss some new configuration setting?

Thanks,
Spencer

I don't think there's anthing new that should cause that. Try reinstalling it, maybe? Or updating - I'm not sure which package you checked the version of, but the 'notebook' package is now at 5.0.
