regarding volume persistence

Hi,
we have created a configmap for configs of jupyterhub and mounted it to a persisted volume. whenever the container gets restarted, the configs gets with the same thing.
same way, we want our user data to be persisted so that whenever container gets restarted we wont lose any data's. I see for every user it creates a separate folder inside the pod so how can we achieve the persistence of data of every user who ever logs in.
please share any idea on this?
