Integrate Jupyter to CI/CD workflow

Hi all:

    I have a mesos cluster consists of at least 5 nodes where Jupyter runs on it.

    I want integrate jupyter to our CI/CD workflow, Jupyter does following things:

1. write code in Jupyter Notebook.
   
2. convert ipynb files to script.
3. commit scripts to GitHub or private repo.
4. repo trigers Jenkins to build tests.

    I want to know if Jupyter  supplys plugin to simply step 1-3?
