Dear Jupyter community,
I have installed JupyterLab with google-drive extension on ubuntu server and run into
Google API Error :  Not a valid origin for the client..
to create clientID ,  whitelist my origine (http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8888/) and save clientID json server  override in jupyterLab settings.
The problem is that JupyterLab web page keeps coming with same Google API Error.
And the clientID in error message is not the one I have created on https://console.developers.google.com/
I guess my jupyterLab client ID override did not go through.
Could you suggest workaround to address the issue
Thanks
Alex

Hi Alex,

It looks like you are correct, your lab instance is not picking up the client id that you have set.
Can you open an issue at the jupyterlab-google-drive repository (https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab-google-drive)?

Best,
Ian
