Jupyter Notebook 5.2.1

We just released Jupyter Notebook 5.2.1. This is a patch release that includes a couple bug fixes. 

You can install the new version of the notebook now using pip:

pip install --upgrade notebook

Or conda forge (it may be a few days before packages are available):

conda upgrade notebook

• Add more border width to codemirror cursor (#2983).
  
• Fix nbconvert handler (#2981).
  
• Fix the prompt_area argument of the output area constructor (#2961).
  
• Handle a compound extension in new_untitled (#2949).
• Allow disabling offline message buffering (#2916).
