Dashboard Bundlers gives 404 error

Does anybody had this problem?

Going to:

File -> Download as -> Jupyter Dashboard Server Bundle (.zip) gives an error in the browser "404 : Not Found. You are requesting a page that does not exist!"

The address in the browser has:

/api/bundlers/dashboards_server_download?notebook=

After re-installing the notebook from the latest master I have notebook/bundler directory but still the same error.

The same error for all other bundler options.

How can I fix it?

My OS is CentOS 7.

I have the same issue, don't know how to fix it. 

I enclose my conda list in the attachment.
