ezhc: highcharts/highstock js lib wrapped for easy use directly from pandas dataframes

I have gradually become a heavy user of the Jupyter (formerly IPython) notebook. The team's vision and execution is fantastic. In order to (modestly) contribute to the ecosystem, here is a python wrapping of one the best 2d visualisation js lib - in my opinion. Note that the access to the underlying library is transparent. This is not a layer with its own syntax and constraints. The full API is accessible and even embedded.
