New zipping notebook extension!

Hi all,

I wanted to let you know of a cool new jupyter notebook extension, nbzip, that let's you quickly download a zipped version of any directory in your notebook tree with the click of a button.

This extension was created to allow people to more easily transfer their work from notebooks running on the cloud to their local machine. This issues gives a bit more detail: https://github.com/jupyterhub/zero-to-jupyterhub-k8s/issues/152
