jupyter notebook suddenly became so slow

I have having problem with data exceed limit and then i searched on internet how to resolve it.

Some stupid person told me to go to configuration and exceed data limit. It did it and after that problem still exists but now jupyter notebook is taking so much time to open and load.

I have reset the limit but this new problem is now my headache.

Please guys tell me how can i resolve it.

It is taking forever to open and mostly after 9 mins, its runtime overs.
