Error while installing Jupyter using pip

I am trying to install jupyter notebook using pip. And I am getting an error as you can see from pictures. Kindly help me to install it.

it means that you must install virtual c++ 14 as the picture 3 shows.

Another way is downgrading your python to 3.7 or 3.6. (Using virtualenv and conda is great).

I think the py3.8 is insatiable now.
