That looks like something has gone wrong with your Qt installation, which is probably part of Anaconda. I don't know how to fix it, though.

I unistalled and reinstalled several components of my python environnement. When using PyCharm before, an ipyton console used to open to show graphs or plot most of the time (with seaborn or matplotlib). After I reinstalled everything (Anaconda3 & Pycharm) the console wont launch and im getting the following error (see attached), i have an important work to do but im stuck on this.
