Can I coordinate running notebooks with a notebook?

Hello,

I'd like to run all the blocks in a Python 3 notebook.

Am I able to do that programmatically, either with another notebook or in the terminal?

I use papermill to do that. It is both a Python library and a CLI tool to run notebooks (and get results from them).
