Is anyone else seeing this?  I get the tmpnb page to flash for a second and then a blank page...

Thanks for checking! Indeed, it seems to be a browser/profile specific problem on my side, now I can get it to load with a different browser (should have double-checked).

I'll debug it on my chrome profile then :)

cheers

It says no-vacancy, but there are 48 free hosts.
I'll try to investigate.

I have tried both Safari and Chrome (running on Mac OS X).  It says "Waiting for tmpnb.org ... " then shows only a blank page (or sometimes a timeout).

All of our hosted services are down at the moment - people are working on it.

See http://status.jupyter.org/ for more info and subscribe to changes.

This is for now out of our hands, we've contacted our hosting providers and are waiting for a response from their support.

Thanks.  I'll try again this afternoon.
I'm also seeing "Error 503 No healthy backends" when I try to access nbviewer.  I assume that's the same problem.

It is indeed.

OK, I see from the status page that the services are restored.  However, when I try to run the "Welcome to Python" example at try.jupyter.org, I get an error "Failed to start the kernel  '_xsrf' argument missing from POST.

I'm new to Jupiter, and probably doing something wrong.  The instructions for getting started are not clear.

It's a browser problem (Safari).   Works OK in Chrome.  Is this still to be fixed, or should I just not use Safari?
