Dear Jupyter Community,

It's my pleasure to announce that JupyterCon is coming to Paris on May 10-12, 2023 at Cité des Sciences. This event is the ideal occasion for engineers, scientists, and educators to meet and share their knowledge and experience on the Jupyter ecosystem.

The program is still in the works, but I can already announce the three keynotes:
- Alyssa Goodman (Harvard),
- Paul Romer (NYU),
- Cory Gwin & Craig Peters (GitHub).
