Shared folder between users with access management

Hello,

I am studying the implementation of JupyterHub and JupyterLab for a research laboratory. 

I need users to be able to view and execute other users' notebooks directly.

Can we have a shared folder with access rights?

The users of the laboratory want to be able to browse the old notebooks with a search engine. 

Can we have a search engine on notebooks?
