Trying to Launch Jupyter Notebook and all the time getting the error message attached. Someone help please.

Hi Samuel,

It looks like your conda environment isn't setup correctly with a working sqlite implementation. This thread has a few tips that might fix the problem: https://github.com/jupyterhub/jupyterhub/issues/1594
