The Jupyter Foundation has crafted a brief survey to gather your valuable feedback on the current Jupyter user experience and to help us gauge the future needs of our ecosystem. Your insights are incredibly important as we continue to invest in making Jupyter better for everyone.

There was no sign up required to participate in the survey. However, it looks like the survey has now closed which is why the URL shows a sign up page. This appears to be a surveymonkey design issue.

Separately, one could argue that the survey should be still open if using AoE time (https://time.is/Anywhere_on_Earth), but that was not specified in the email.
