Announcing the JupyterHub Discourse page

Hey folks - we want to announce a new experiment in the JupyterHub community: we've set up a Discourse for JupyterHub/Binder conversations here:

we'd love if you'd take a look, sign up for an account, and consider asking questions, helping others, discussing things, etc on the forum! Our hope is that this will make it easier for the community to share their experiences and build communities of practice in deploying/using JupyterHub.

It'll probably be a bit of time to get some momentum behind it (online spaces for conversation always have a weird chicken-and-egg challenge with them), but keep it in the back of your mind in case you think it'd be useful! If the experiment works well, we may also extend this channel to handle communication in Jupyter more broadly.

I'll try to start cross-posting useful information in the Discourse channel since it's more discoverable, searchable, and archivable (one of the main reasons we want to try using it)
