Automatic Feedback from Students in Jupyter Notebooks

Hi everyone,

is there a possibility (an extension) such that students working on an exercise in Jupyter can automatically sent feedback? For example a 1-5 star rating after each question or some free text field?

Ideally, this could be configured by the original author of the notebook and a report would be compiled from the gathered feedback somehow. 

We would use that to discuss problematic tasks or questions on a live-session after each exercise.
