Is it possible to implement nbgrader https://github.com/jupyter/nbgrader in Google Colab?

There's thread here from 2018 about potential compatibility problems, but maybe those have been resolved?

I have students work on their notebooks in colab, then submit them to a google form.

Then I download from the google form, and grade all on my laptop with nbgrader.

I write python scripts using the drive API that share a notebook with all students, download all submissions, and then share the resulting feedback to all students.
