'Review' project property not working on Eclipse Oxygen

I've installed Jupiter on Eclipse Oxygen and was trying to create a review item. When selecting an Eclipse project and opening it's Properties window, scrolling to 'Review' causes a 'currently displayed page contains invalid values' error. Closing and re-opening the page shows the 'Review' page with its 'Review ID', 'Description' and 'Date' columns and a 'New' button on the right. When trying to add a new review item by clicking the 'New' button nothing happens.

Is there some way to debug what's going on?

It's likely nothing wrong with your Eclipse. The code was moved to Github but hasn't received any updates since well before that. I'm guessing that the plugin will not function without further updates (possibly major ones at this point).
