Jupiter 4.0.0 Install Failure

I know there isn't much activity any more here in this group, but am hoping there are still some Jupiter users out there that can help.

I recently got a new system, and while trying to set my development environment back up again, I am running int o problem installing Jupiter.
All of my Eclipse plugins installed again fine, except for the Jupiter plugin. 
Using the Help->Install New Software in Eclipse, I run into the following error after the Jupiter installation begins:


Here is my Eclipse release info:


Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hey Joe,

It looks like your eclipse might be missing the org.eclipse.team.cvs.core plugin.  I haven't used eclipse in a while, but if there is a way to install plugins, I would search and install this one.  Hope this helps!
