Help with DRAM example

Hello, 

I am trying to work through the examples of the atmel-software-package

In order to debug them I need to first create a suitable boot.bin, which I think I did, using the latest version of the at91bootstrap. The DRAM test just fails. I try bypassing the DRAM init in the example, not better. I do specify the DDR model in the menuconfig of the at91bootstrap generation process. I also tried not to initialize the DDR in the bootloader. Same bad result. 

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
