ServiceNow UI Developer
Role is hybrid 3 days onsite
Palo Alto , California , United States


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users

Build custom portals, experiences, pages, and widgets with the latest ServiceNow technologiesDesign and build standardized customer portal offerings for multiple individual lines of business

Create compelling, usable, and accessible user interfaces

Develop UI mockups/wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how portals functions and look likeSupport system stability to guaranteed daily operation including upgrades, enhancements, minimizing defects and managing incidents

Research and analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail designs to meet business needs, manage configurations in ServiceNow, and test and support the rollout of solutions

Apply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applicationsFacilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives

Provide solution options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons analyses for each option and recommendation

Skillfully troubleshoot break/fix issues

Who We Are Looking For5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow platform and applications running on top of it.Demonstrated strengths in designing and building Service Portals, pages, and widgets in ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Experience with 2 or more of the following ServiceNow applications is desired: ITSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, ITAM, ITOM

Experience building and maintaining catalog items on the ServiceNow Platform

Experience in building custom applications on ServiceNow platform using app engine is a plusSelf-motivated, articulate, passionate to deliver the best result and achieve the highest customer satisfaction

Good knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and concepts

Experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements

Positive by nature, a great team player, and both dependable and autonomous

Customer oriented and could work at a very fast pace
