• Ensure that you are running the latest version of PyEZ
  
• Installed version can be found with 
  pip list or jnpr.junos.version.VERSION
• Latest version is available at https://pypi.python.org/pypi/junos-eznc/
  
  
• Verify the version of Junos you are running is >= 11.4 and currently supported

• Type of hardware and Junos version
• The code you have already written and tested
• Output of script in question

• The XML output of those commands via `| display xml`
• If Configuration related:
