Hope all is good. 

Your NSC Audits will be submitted in two parts - one webform and one excel sheet. 

Here is the first part of your NSC Audits.

The first part is for your Team Leaders. 

They are required to fill in the following form.

Things to note :

- EACH TL in iGCDP is supposed to fill a separate form. 

- The deadline in 4th October, 11:59 pm.

- This is a part of your audits, if any LC fails to fill this the audits will be considered incomplete. 

- Please assist your TLs in filling if they require any help. 

- Please be honest, I already know the LC realities. This audit is for you and your TLs to have a reality check. 

- Ensure all necessary documents are attached.
