Hello Junoon-ians,

This is the current state of IR for AIESEC India. Please go through it, it is a long mail, make sure you read it thoroughly. It will help us get our IR sorted.
All the instructions are mentioned in the mail, go through them before moving on to the mail.

Dear Commission,

I hope this email finds you well and excited for the days to come.

As a part of my Job Role to handle International Relations by being on the NST, I have done IR analysis for 3 regions. The analysis is as follows. Also, please go through the following instructions before reading this mail.

1. There are 3 regions covered i.e. MENA, WENA and Africa. Analysis for another 3 regions will be sent to the commission soon.
2. About the Analysis, Firstly, It has been done for the last 2 years since we are trying to analyze the trend in the last 2 years. Secondly, I have analyzed the stats for 4 Months namely, September, October, November and December. Thirdly, The analysis has been done on the basis of the number of matches and realizations separately with the number of matches & realizations with India by the particular country/region.
3. In the end, You will find the number of EP forms available in the particular region and the number of EPs matches which basically shows he number of EPs available to match in the particular region. So, the more gap you have, you know what to do :)
4. In Quarter 4 & Yearly Analysis, it's pretty much self-explanatory.
5. Inferences drawn have been mentioned below the analysis of every region. Again, there might be some trends which i have missed out on. Please feel free to mention the same while you are replying to this email.
6. If there is any problem or if you need any clarification. Please feel free to get back to me.

Inferences - 

1. First and foremost, Egypt has been our major partner from this region and will remain a major partner. Let's keep our IR sorted with Egypt in order to do more exchange with them. They are also looking forward to realize more EP with India.
2. In the last one year, Bahrain has been growing aggressively. We need to tap on Bahrain in order to match more from this region.
3. Tunisia, considering our VISA Issues with them. They can be our strong partner provided we provide Tunisian EPs a letter from the clients.
4. Current EP forms on system - 650.
5. Talking about the negative growth in 2012 was because of a shift in the cycle. They December cycle had changed to January cycle which led to the overall decline in 2012 in this region and majorly that was because of Egypt. But even after a decline, we managed to do more exchange with this region with a relative growth of more than 180 matches and 140 realizations.
6. December will be the craziest month yet again. Sort your IR before hand so that you don't have manager everything haphazardly.

Inferences - 
1. Germany has been a amjor partner throughout but since they only match their EPs with 5 countries in India. Please try to approach them and start doig exchange with them.
2. The Netherlands, one more country which we have to tap on. Their OGX is well established in this region but the number of exchanges with them is pretty less compared to their overall matches.
3. Italy, One more country which is still untapped. They are looking to do more exchange with India, please tap on them ASAP.
4. USA & UK, So in 2011 & 2012 they were hardly there but in 2013 they have shown a massive growth from the last year. USA is looking to do more exchange with India and their EPs are very interested to come to India,
5. Number of EP forms available- 608.
6. Overall, This is that region which is not that involved with India. This year, Let's make it happen. Let's show what we have got :)

Inferences - 
1. South Africa, our major partner from this region. They do 90% of exchange of what the entire region does with India. Their OGX is growing massively and they are looking to do more exchange with India than ever before.
2. Kenya and Ghana, Countries to be tapped on. Don't expect much but if you contact them well in advance, things will be good for you in future.
3. Number of EP forms available - 256.





I hope that this analysis will help you to get more and more matches. This is high time for us. We haven't been matching at the rate which is required right now. Considering this month and the coming months, please use this analysis in a way so as to get the most out of it. We need to understand that the entire analysis is for us so let's make the optimum use of it.
