Hope everyone is doing well, and is very excited about Balkalakaar OC :D
But very sad to say i don't see anybody is applying :( and that the most disappointing thing.
This mail will particularly talk about Member no body else
Not to forget we are in Q2 the most important quarter for an AIESECer but again nobody seem to be working actively
We just see TLs working and doing matching, and it not the way of doing things. I dont see anybody alive out here.
Nobody replies to MAILS even if they are sent by Animesh or Vidur, and i am damn sure non of you would have filled the Health Survey which would be just lying Unread in your In Boxes
What to talk about Physcial presence for some of the members there is no Virtual presence. I see nobody replying on whats app, no posts are on fb group, we TLs are just waiting for you to come up with cool ideas and initiations. We are always there to help you but you people dont even take any efforts to ask. I guess none of you are working towards matching.
I see NOBODY enthusiast about "TOP GUN" except VP and TL wow. Members in other department are working so proactively that we lack behind alot I wonder how many of you asked about target of your TLs.
I can just say its a WAKE UP call , if you people have joined AIESEC then justify your decision by working towards it , we are not asking you to work 24*7 we just just 2hours a day that may be more than enough moreover that too virtually. We as JUNOON have to achieve our targets.If you are in JUNOON justify the name, show the Passion you have .Try to have a healthy Competition among yourself.

Its seriously a RED signal for you people, you people are not even aware what happening in AIESEC and how things are going.
Its time to WAKE UP and start working and start asking your TLs else the little time which your are giving to this Lovely Organisation just gonna waste.
Try to make your experience worth living and learn things. Do remind yourself the WHY you join AIESEC.
For the members who all are in YELLOW
There is nothing to be happy about its just YES you know what is happening in LC and in your Department.
They are in yellow because they have done a bit of work since last GBM. Else they are also in RED.
The yellow people are expected to become more active in coming days.
The most disappointing thing is none of you have a SINGLE match , Raise ,by Raise i mean Raise done by you only.
Well guys its just a cute reminder for your people, Please start working hard now its our time, and bring "TOP GUN" HOME :)
