Dear Commission, 

Hope you're all doing great and pushing yourselves outside your comfort zone to make things happen. With 10 more days to go for the month to end, we still have a lot to achieve and prove. Lets make it happen guys!!

I am currently working on a country partnership with Egypt where we expect to receive about 260 Egyptian EPs in the coming months if things go well.

Each one of you need to fill the document below with all the required information. This document will be shared with the EPs and they will give their LC preference depending on the information you provide. Once they give their preference, I will notify you of the process ahead. 

Please make sure it is filled by tomorrow 11:59 pm at all costs.

Also, make sure you mention the "issue" your project caters to so that it is easier for the EPs to make a decision.
