Does the swingui.TestRunner "Reload classes every run" work?

Hi,

The "Reload classes every run" check box in the gui TestRunner seems
to have
no effect (I can add a fail() to a passing test, recompile, and the
TestRunner
says it still passes). Is this a bug?
