JUnit Helper 1.5 is released

Hi all,

JUnit Helper 1.5 is released.

Versioning policy has been changed. And it is enabled to put
project-specific configuration above Eclipse global configuration.

Following are available for download.

- JUnit Helper Core Library 1.5
- JUnit Helper Eclipse Plugin 1.5.0
- JUnit Helper Maven Plugin 1.5
