NJM WEEK

Hello ,

As per the instructions by seniors , please find below the minutes of the meeting and requirements :

- Need to finalize the dates for NJM week ( tentatively what everyone decided yesterday : 15-17 January)

- It will be a mini LMS . There will be an initial screening rounds followed by some other rounds (including the selling round) to decide the final winner i.e. a team of 2.

- Winner will get a corporate project in next year's conquest

- A separate competition can be opened up to other colleges also under the umbrella of NJM week

- Participation needed for sponsorship and creative team (posters, mailers, online presence etc)

- Various rounds to be decided and assigned

- Free flow of ideas! :)

To take this forward , lets meet today at 4:15 pm (since some of us have classes till 4:15).

Someone please book a room and put on this chain mail.

Dates decided for the meet

Online Event -12th,13th,14th

Campus Events-16th,17th,18th

The tentative framework for the event:

Online Round:It will three rounds.The cumulative winner for all the three rounds will make it to the finals

Campus Events:It will have three rounds.

For the first Round there will be 15 Teams

The second Round will have 8 teams-(A selling Round)

The third Round will be among 5 teams

There will be 2 winners:1st gets a corporate ,2nd  teams gets gift in kind

The rounds have to be decided further .

Just to add:

Many people could not make it due to unavoidable circumstances such as sports competitions in SPJain, etc. 

Hence, everyone please chose whichever task you want to work on and contact the respective POCs. Henceforth, please come up with ideas for the next meeting scheduled on Monday. 

Creatives and Buzz shall be handling work concerning posters, teasers, mails, etc, but anyone interested can offcourse work along.

There is a twist after phase 4 of the direct selling round which will be communicated to the POCs tomorrow. 

A briefing and copy of score sheets will be given to each POC before the commencement of the round.
