IMPORTANT: 2 Timers- Work Allocation

Dear juniors,
Please Find below, the event allocation & instructions for 2 timers:
1. 1. Print Ads minus the Brand Logo
Come up with 100 such combinations, coz each team should be given the opportunity to guess as many as they can, in a time frame of 1-2 mins.
People in charge: Group 1
2.Pick the Question for the Team Mate, with all possibilities of yes & no;
This has to go on for 2 mins atleast. So you can combine Quiz + punishment & Brand Recall. Try to make it challenging by a continuous series of questions to be asked
People in Charge: Group 2
3. 3.Pictionary ( Eyes Closed or Clay)
The participants can be given the option of either drawing a product/ brand blind folded, while the other member guesses. Or he could be given the option of using Clay to explain the same.
People in Charge: Group 3
4. 4. Puppeting:
A Volunteer from junior njm will be used as a puppet for the teams to do actions and guess.
People in Charge: group 4
5. 5. Dumsy Dumsy
People in Charge : Group 3
6. 6. Movie Stills
People in Charge : Group 1 & Group 2
7. 7. Drinking or Eating continuously combined with 20 questions:
People in charge: group 1 & group 4
Instructions:
· Start working on the questions and events assigned to your group
· Within your group, split yourselves into 2’s & 3’s to work on individual events
· Discuss with each other, some take up brand related questions, some company related, some marketing theory related
· Make sure there is no overlap
· Make sure each event is for a time frame of 2 mins or more, should not be a single question event
· Come up with innovative scoring techniques for your rounds
Ankit, Siddhyesh, Mukund, Nitin & Kumar will oversee all the rounds to prepare a common score card that the team will continuously carry. You guys will also have to Come up with twists, punishments & add a fun factor relating all the rounds.
Deadline for Submission of the Complete Details ( Questions, Scoring etc): Tomorrow 10 pm
Tomorrow a classroom will be booked from 2pm/ 4.30pm onwards, for you guys to work on this. Exact time & venue will be communicated tomorrow.
Lets make this event even more successful than Pitchfork..All the best working..
