Dear all,

I spoke to the Mr. Charles's office today and the good news is that they have agreed to conduct the seminar. They will confirm the terms tomorrow. Though it does look like they will not charge us anything. 

Let's meet at 2 pm tomorrow at our usual place to discuss the dates and other details. As he is going to MICA and IIM-A in the same week, we'll have to confirm the date latest by tomorrow. We'll also plan as to how we should market the session. 

Let's make this event a memorable one.
