Hi Rachel, Sending over a brief for a cousin's birthday celebration in August 2011.  Background:  He is a bachelor turning 50 next year and is based in Switzerland. Plans to send out invitations to his Swiss friends as early as middle of July this year as the event will be here in the Phils.  Please see his basic concept below. An out of town affair, preferably south of Manila as to be assured of the weather and secondly, I have not been to these places (farthest I have been are Taal Volcano and Mayon Volcano).  It will be a two night affair and want to limit it to 50 guests. First night: an informal beach or outdoor affair “Festival of Lights” ( candlelit evening under the stars, live jazzy music in the background, buffet spread and lounge) Second night: a semi formal indoor affair “Celebration of Life” ( a garden setting, music and dancing, sit down dinner - tipong Chinese Lauriat ) Venue Options: 1.  Shangrila Boracay 2.  Discovery Shores Borcay 3.  Amanpulo 4.  Bohol (forget the name of the nice resort place there) Package to include the following: 1.  3 days, 2 nights stay for 50 guests (to include daily breakfasts) 2.  Catering for the 2 night events 3.  Staging for the 2 night events (including host, performers, etc.) 4.  Venue decors (candles, flower arrangements, etc.) 4.  Photo & video coverage 5.  Transport arrangements from Bora airport to hotel & back Please include suggestions for other day time activities within the 3 days which he can just choose from then you can send him separate costs for that.
