Kevin, it's great you have planned the meeting - please report back.

 

 

Due to my lack of attendance at many Junior Sessions, and the feeling that the Club needs new, and fresh ideas to take it forward,

I will be resigning from the post of Junior Club Coordinator, in full at the March AGM.

 

I am so proud of what we have all achieved over the last 6 years, so thank you for all your support.

 

I have again attached the updated roles diagram, as we need to start thinking about re-addressing the various roles in the Junior Club.

 

As a start - the membership lists, and rotas, etc. are on an Access database at present, but can easily be exported into Excel if that is easier for someone.

The online application form / waiting list form can also be just as easily received via email.

Main topic will be to plan for current term and discuss transition into summer events.
