It has been noticed that a couple of Lettings are taking a little longer to vacate the premises than they should.  May I remind you of our Conditions of Hire that state:

 

15.1        The Hirer shall not expect that additional time will be given to vacate the premises and to clear up. All time required must be included on the booking form when arranging the hire.

 

 

 

Would you please ask all of your members/pupils/parents to vacate promptly to ensure that following lettings are not delayed.
