A quick online search found some resources that we can use right now
to inform ourselves.
The one that looks to be of the most use immediately is "How To Start
A Food Co-op" http://www.cgin.coop/start-a-food-coop from the
Cooperative Grocers Information Network ( http://www.cgin.coop ).
The National Cooperative Business Association has information about
starting a co-op at http://www.ncba.coop/ncba/about-co-ops/start-a-co-op
Alaska Statutes pertaining to co-ops are in Title 10.15 of the Alaska
Statutes, available online at http://www.legis.state.ak.us/basis/folio.asp
These links are just a start. I encourage others to add to the list.
