Mendenhall Apts Chimney Plume

Greetings Friends and Neighbors, 

Anyone with a view has frequently noticed the thick plume coming from the Mendenhall Apts for the last couple weeks.  

Hunter Mallinger at DEC took my call of concern and said I was not alone.  It is under review.  Help move the process along.

There are three ways to file your concern/observation/complaint. 

1. Find the online form on the DEC web page.  https://dec.alaska.gov/Applications/Air/airtoolsweb/Complaints/

2. Email Hunter at: mailto:hunter.m...@alaska.gov

3. Call Hunter - his office number is 907.456.5103

He was very helpful and informative.  

Feel free to pass this info on to others who may be interested.
