Room rental needed for friend May 13th and 14, one night

Hi all,

A longtime friend is coming to do research at the Alaska State Library Historical Collections, where I work, May 13th and 14th. His name is Ryan Jones, and he's a professor of History at University of Oregon. Ryan usually stays with my family, but my place is too small now. He has up to $100 to pay, is fully vaccinated and will wear a mask in shared spaces. If anyone has a private room you'd like to rent that beats the Alaskan Hotel, please let me know!
