Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year to all of you.  Thanks so much to Peggy for getting the needs of the week going again in 2014.  I am so enjoying reading the posts that have rolled in on connection.  I am looking forward to meditating more deeply on connection and its various aspects.  I also wanted to express my gratitude to everyone for the rich discussion that evolved around community - at times painful, and tentative, but also filled with so much learning. 

In the spirit of connection right now, I wanted to share this opportunity in case any of you are interested in learning Inner Relationship Focusing in the context of NVC.  Gina Cenciose, who has extensive training and practical experience in both Inner Relationship Focusing and NVC is teaching a teleclass starting on January 14 (see email below).  My day to day live and individual experience of NVC has been made so much richer through the connection with focusing that I feel moved to share this in case it intrigues any of you.

I am attaching the flyer that describes the class a bit. You have access to some of my focusing videos (and how focusing fits in with NVC), you have a free guided session during the program for an hour with one of the class assistants, and recordings of the classes to keep. You also have focusing partnerships on the phone as often as you can, with your choice of a partner, or multiple partners. 

I would like to invite you to join this class, 2 people for the price of one....so find someone to join with you and you can each pay half of the tuition. Or you can take the class for 50% of the requested price..... I am always open to payments in installments, and modified fee payments, so that EVERY PERSON who really wants to, can join
