Nearing the end of January

Dear Friends,

January is nearly over, and in just six days we’ll move into our second month of contemplating CONNECTION.  I am glad for the extended time to think about something that is so basic to my existence.  Yesterday the conference call that Alison set up took place, and I had the great pleasure of conversing with Alison and Marilyn.  I felt very inspired listening to what they are doing and where they are headed.  In addition, thanks to the opportunity to process out loud with two wonderfully empathic women, I ended the day with a newfound insight and sense of purpose.  It seems that any time I have any conversation with an NVC brother or sister, I learn something extremely important. 

This week I’m setting my intention to listen with a welcoming attitude.  I’m also going to strive for greater authenticity this week. 

I’ll let you know how it goes.

Hi everyone,

I am so sorry to have missed that call.  Although I am deep into developing my connections with (yet!) another NVC group, I am loathe to let you all go, since we have spent to much time sharing and understanding each other.  I do not want to lose that.  And, my connection with you all remind me of the important learning that came my way at IIT.

So forgive my occasional and short communications.  You are in my heart.
