Need some help with 360 view... - cant get it to work !

Hi, im having trouble getting 360 view to work. there's content missing or it doesn't show anything. tried changing objects, pictures, links, followed tutorial and it gets me nowhere. Please advise or give some examples. tutorial files doesn't seem to work...

Is your server compatible to PHP5.3 and up?

ok, bad news... my server only supports PHP 5.2.17 at the moment. can u explain on what is the down side of having lower version of php.

just checked our server settings. We're running on PHP 5.2.16.

So PHP 5.3 is no requirement. Any reason for asking this @Christin?

@Deividas: As Christin supposed it's a start if you share the results of the validation tests of your channel.

thanks man,
i thought so, as i do a lot of ARs for print etc and it all works fine. its just 360 view that gives me issues... and i got totally confused here when i heard that we need a never php version for junaio to work... by the way, i got basics on coding, my main skill is in 3D and animation n stuff. so i might be doing something wrong in the code, miss some simple thing etc.. by the way i tested 360 on other host with latest php and still the same issue...
ill give you the validation results in the moment, as i gave up on this thing until Rainer reply, i need to reload the stuff...

same here, whats your cell phone model? I had problem with HTC incredible s with upgrade to 4,0.3 , but worked fine on samsung nexus s....

ok, here it is... the issue with test #3:

Test 3 - Check pois/search return value - junaio GLUE.

A request to the pois/search interface was sent. The return XML will be checked whether it is a valid XML file and whether it is empty or not. Possible warning or error causes can be invalid xml creation and/or return or wrongly received parameters (be aware that this is a GET method).

Request:

Expected return:

i did check paths and it has correct urls for resource files etc.
im not a supernova in coding tho...

Error: A path to a tracking XML is expected. Missing or empty "trackingurl" attribute in your result tag. (<result trackingurl=??>)

This means that you set up your junaio chanel as glue channel, not as Location Based channel.
The 360° should work as soon as you edit this in the settings.

Hi Christin,

nice spot. I also suggested something wrong in the settings when I saw that error.

@Deividas: In earlier version of junaio the caching on the server caused a delay when changing the channel settings. (@all: Correct me if I'm wrong.) Just wanted to let you know that it can take a while until the channel is "really" a LBS channel.

You could create a new channel with the correct settings to be on the safe side.

ok, it worked perfectly on the new channel in no time ! i used php 5.2.17 - no issues at all.
thank you all for help !

now im trying to combine glue and location based channels, so once u click on a 3d model it brings 360 view (as inside of the model).
